If I had my choice I would never use this company again

They blamed DHL
I want to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We did everything we could to push DHL for a resolution, but unfortunately, this was a courier issue beyond our control. We ship signs like this regularly, and in this case, your order was affected by a system error as stated in the email I sent on 6 Oct.

Was attracted to getting our sign here as they seemed to offer some great designs and bespoke colours, but the website is really unclear when it comes to the point of sale creating confusion from the get-go. There is no mocking up option on the website to be able to get a sense of what the colours actually look like, only tiny circle icons of each colour on the website that give you no real idea of what a colour actually looks like or what your logo may look like against that background. If this is going to be your sign, detail is important and a difference in shade of colour can make or break your branding and potentially waste a lot of cash if you get it wrong. The company claims to offer 3 “revisions” as part of the fee, but don’t seem to know what the word revision actually means and include your first mock up as part of this, therefore only allowing you 2 actual revisions based on an original design, not 3. This made the process unnecessarily stressful. Our sign was also late, with no real apology offered. The delivered sign looks good, but the lettering has been stuck on as opposed to printed on, so we are concerned about the longevity of the sign given this was an expensive item. Time will tell. A better website with mock up ability and an English lesson on the meaning of the word revision would go a long way to improving the service.
Perfect quality, very easy to hang. Again, quality hanging materials. Artwork is perfect, so sharp! Would definitely recommend, it looks so good!

I excitedly awaited my sign to receive it with a letter missing in the logo|! something that with very minimal quality checks would have been seen before dispatch. very basic and unsatisfactory customer service response, no offer of discounted shipping or anything. just sent me the letter for me to attach myself. gorgeous quality product, more care needed for quality control and also customer service
Good sign, a bit overpriced. For the price I thought it would've come with feet to protect the metal paint work and a chain or something to keep it in correct position

We love our new signboard! Having looked at many cheaper option, we decided that this one reflected the quality of our brand and we are very pleased with our decision. Only small observation would be that the quantity of letters provided doenst allow for much text to be used. I would recommend buying two boxes of letters.
